First brush I received had some imperfections. But customer support was excellent and sent a replacement which has been fantastic. I use it on both of my daughters hair (which is down to their bottom) and there are no more tears! I also use it on my hair to brush out my airwrap curls. Brilliant!
My hair has never looked as good as it does now since using mermaid products love them all

I gave my daughter the Mermade iron, pink bag, and pink brush. She really likes them very much, and it reduces her time doing her hair. The brush is awsome, especially for her extra long hair. She cannot stop talking about it. The pink hair clips were out of stock. I cannot wait to get some for her and myself. :)
